Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to business-partner advertising and lead-routing services provided by Kozi Publishing LLC through its local-service websites. App Store in-app purchases and subscriptions are governed by separate product terms and Apple's applicable billing policies.

Fixed-Fee Advertising Agreements

Kozi Publishing charges business partners a fixed recurring fee for advertising placement and exclusive routing of inbound inquiries through a specific local-service website, service category, and geographic market. Pricing and billing periods are documented in each client's written service agreement before billing begins.

Cancellation

A business partner may cancel a service agreement according to the cancellation terms stated in that agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@kozipublishing.com and reference the relevant service agreement or market.

Unless the written service agreement specifies otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid service period. Routing and advertising continue through the end of that period.

Refunds

Because Kozi Publishing provides advertising and routing services throughout each paid service period, fees for a period already in progress are generally non-refundable unless the written service agreement states otherwise or Kozi Publishing fails to deliver the agreed service.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact support@kozipublishing.com within 30 days of the charge with a description of the issue. Kozi Publishing will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.

iOS App Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are billed and managed by Apple. To cancel an App Store subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their applicable terms.

Changes to This Policy

Kozi Publishing may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above identifies the current version. Changes to the general policy do not modify the cancellation and refund terms stated in any existing written service agreement.
