These Terms of Use govern your use of kozipublishing.com and Kozi Publishing products that link to these Terms. "Kozi Publishing," "we," and "us" mean Kozi Publishing LLC.
By using a website, app, or product governed by these Terms, you agree to these Terms. Product-specific terms may also apply. If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.
Our Content
Unless otherwise stated, the software, writing, research, practice questions, explanations, graphics, design, databases, and other original content published by Kozi Publishing are owned by Kozi Publishing LLC or used with permission.
You may use our products and content for their intended personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, systematically scrape, bulk-extract, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected Kozi Publishing content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
Research and Reference Content
We work to make our research and reference content accurate and useful, but information can change and errors can occur. Content is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, or other professional advice.

Professional Tools

App Store Applications

App Store purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Product-specific services may have separate billing terms.

Our products may link to or integrate with services operated by third parties. Kozi Publishing does not control those third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kozi Publishing products and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular search rankings, examination results, business results, health outcomes, lead volume, or other specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
