Business-Partnership Services
Kozi Publishing offers local-service website advertising and inbound inquiry routing to businesses. Customer-specific terms — including pricing, billing frequency, service scope, market, and cancellation terms — are set out in a separately executed written service agreement between Kozi Publishing and the business customer. If a written service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the written service agreement controls for that customer's services. These website Terms do not create a service agreement, and using this website does not obligate either party to enter one.
Billing and Cancellation
Recurring billing, cancellation, and refund practices for business services are described in our Billing & Cancellation Policy and in each customer's written service agreement. Recurring billing begins only after pricing and terms have been disclosed in writing and agreed to.
No Guaranteed Results
Search visibility, consumer demand, inquiry volume, job conversion, and business results can vary. Kozi Publishing does not guarantee any particular search ranking, number of inquiries or leads, booked jobs, revenue, or return on investment in connection with any of its services.
Independent Third-Party Service Providers
Local-service websites operated by Kozi Publishing may display advertising for, or route consumer inquiries to, independent local service businesses. Those businesses are independent third parties. Kozi Publishing does not itself perform the home or local services advertised on those websites and is not responsible for the work, conduct, pricing, licensing, or insurance of independent service providers. Any agreement for services is solely between the consumer and the service provider.

The content, design, text, graphics, and software on this website are owned by or licensed to Kozi Publishing LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
