What Kozi Publishing provides
Kozi Publishing LLC owns and operates local-service web properties. Participating businesses may receive:
- Advertising placement associated with the applicable website
- Routing of applicable inbound phone calls
- Routing of applicable inbound form inquiries
- Ongoing service for the website, service category, and geographic market stated in the written agreement
Kozi Publishing operates the websites — we do not perform the local services themselves. The businesses that receive inquiries are independent companies.
Who our customers are
Our customers for this service are businesses. Kozi Publishing does not charge consumers who call or submit an inquiry through a local-service website.
Kozi Publishing collects only its own service fees. We do not collect homeowner payments or process payments on behalf of participating service businesses.
Pricing
Current partner pricing is generally $200–$500 per month. Exact pricing depends on the web property, service category, geographic market, and scope of the agreement. Pricing and billing terms are disclosed in writing before billing begins.
How inquiries are generated
Our primary traffic strategy is organic search. Consumers may discover Kozi Publishing-owned local-service websites through search engines such as Google and Bing, direct visits, referrals, or other organic online discovery. An inquiry is created when a consumer voluntarily calls a displayed number or submits a website form.
Kozi Publishing does not purchase Google leads or use Google Local Services Ads as the lead source for this service, and our model is not based on outbound telemarketing.
Service activation and fulfillment
Before billing begins, the business customer receives written pricing and service terms. Service begins when the applicable agreement and payment setup are completed and the agreed call/form routing is activated. Advertising and inbound inquiry routing then continue throughout the active paid service period.
This is an ongoing digital advertising/service arrangement; no physical goods are shipped as part of this service.
Billing & ACH authorization
Business customers may authorize recurring monthly electronic payments under their written service agreement and payment authorization. No ACH debit is initiated without customer authorization. Payment authorization is handled securely as part of onboarding — this website does not collect bank account or payment card details.

Search visibility, consumer demand, inquiry volume, job conversion, and business results vary. Kozi Publishing does not guarantee a particular search ranking, number of leads or inquiries, booked jobs, revenue, or return on investment.
